Don Isaac is the Founder & CEO of Creative Capital Group (CCG), a music company based in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles, California focused on helping artists, producers, songwriters, and creators maximize the value of their rights, intellectual property, partnerships, and creative opportunities.
Isaac's journey in music began at nine years old as a church musician, playing piano and organ at his father's church in Washington, D.C. Growing up surrounded by faith, music, and community, he developed a deep understanding of the power of creativity to inspire people, shape culture, and create lasting impact.
A lifelong musician and producer, Isaac expanded beyond piano into trumpet, drums, and orchestral performance, developing a creative foundation rooted in live instrumentation, songwriting, and music production.
While attending Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, Isaac continued developing as a music producer, incorporating live sounds and musicianship into contemporary production. During this time, he founded Fusion, a live band and creative collective bringing together musicians, artists, producers, and songwriters from Atlanta's emerging creative community.
Fusion grew beyond campus performances and included collaborations with creators including Grammy-winning songwriter and artist Sam Dew, culminating in opportunities connected to Pharrell Williams and N.E.R.D.
After years as a musician, producer, and creative collaborator, Isaac transitioned into producer, songwriter, and creative management — helping creators navigate opportunities beyond the studio and understand the business behind their music.
In 2018, Isaac expanded this vision through StudioNation, establishing a strategic partnership with Sony/ATV Music Publishing and building a global platform connecting artists, producers, songwriters, publishers, and entertainment companies.
StudioNation developed into a worldwide creative ecosystem supporting music that has generated more than 10 billion streams across global platforms, while facilitating production, publishing opportunities, and creative partnerships connected to leading artists and creators including RAYE, Tainy, Selena Gomez, Khalid, Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes, Jonas Brothers, J Balvin, Lizzo, Wale, Offset, 6LACK, Liam Payne, Madison Beer, Usher, Pharrell Williams, and Earth, Wind & Fire.
StudioNation's network expanded across the global music and entertainment industry through relationships with organizations including Sony Music Publishing, Warner Music Group, Position Music Publishing, Netflix, Apple, Beats, Bose, Fortnite, and Zumba.
Creative Capital Group represents the next evolution of Isaac's journey — building a platform dedicated to helping music creators understand, protect, optimize, and grow the value of what they create.
"The future of music belongs to the creators who not only shape culture, but own and optimize the rights behind it."
